Who Are We ??

Martin Bulgerin has been running the BioPsciences Institute since 1987. In addition to an interest in math, science and computers that goes back to when he was a kid, he also was drawn to more unusual pursuits as well. It started with a study of astrology that began in 1970. He also developed a curiousity in natural healing techniques around 1989, leading to his studies of Flower Essences, Ortho-Bionomy and experiments that evolved into HCW remedies.

Martin has been maintaining this web site since 1996.
