As I speculated last month, it seems the slow moving outer planets are playing musical chairs this spring, rearranging their positions in the zodiac and how they aspect each other. As we head into the summer, some new patterns are being locked into place for a time, hence the powerful storms that crop up. However, the transitions between the storms, while noisy and messy looking, generally hint at some underlying structure instead of falling apart completely. There are 4 major energy patterns this month.
Jun 1st to the 9th
The 1st to the 9th is a continuation of the noisy, sluggish pattern with fat peaks (a symptom that many aspects are terribly inexact) that began in late May. There's not much energy in this waveform, with strength values ranging from 312 (anemic) to 441 units (moderate). The harmonics are mostly a fat H12, H36 and H48 -- scattered and hard to focus, but without being unpleasant about it. The energies are strongest near 29-2 degrees (across the sign cusps), 15-20 and 6-10 degrees of each sign. Between the stations of Neptune and Chiron this period and Jupiter's passage into Taurus, there's a shifting, provisional feeling to this energy. All the rearranging that's been going on since March appears to be finally falling into place soon. Granted, planets haven't quite fallen into place yet, but the major shifts have all happened now. It's hard to read this situation currently, as some of the issues are hidden from plain view or deal with some of your blind spots, so I'd take some time to check out the new scene before committing yourself to a new path. There's lots of new input coming at you from all directions and it takes some time to assimilate it all. Don't underestimate the solar eclipse on the 1st, as it kicks off changes that may take many months to complete.
Jun 10th to the 14th
The 10th to the 14th is a brief, but sharply focused storm. The waveform varies from 338 to 525 units, a wide range from weak to low Koz Alert. The harmonics include H12, H6 and H24 -- generally positive and constructive, but with a rough edge to it. The areas of emphasis are 2-6 and 20-24 degrees of each sign. This storm arises out of nowhere rather quickly, peaks on the 12th and then drops off just as quickly -- a perfect roller coaster ride! Your thinking powers may be in a strange place, between Sun conjunct Mercury and a Yod pattern involving Uranus on the 12th. Just because something makes rational sense doesn't mean it's right -- question your underlying assumptions. Saturn is also standing still on the 12th, so you may be facing having to straighten out some important practical matter. Circumstances around you may be changing faster than you can adapt, so don't sweat the unimportant issues. You've got enough on your plate as is.
Jun 15th to the 21st
The 15th to the 21st is another sluggish, noisy transition with fat peaks. The waveform is in the 338 to 442 unit region again, weak to moderate influences. The harmonics consist of that fat H12 and H48 again, with a hint of H6 and H4 from time to time. Most of the energy is at 29-5 degrees of each sign. There's actually a fan-shaped pattern of outer planets (Neptune, Jupiter, Uranus, Chiron, with Pluto on the fringes) being triggered by Mercury, but the orb on these aspects is so wide that the overall impact is considerably weakened. The mind is open to all sorts of ideas and influences now that are hard to comprehend or else differ considerably from the mainstream. Either way, there's a lot of confusion in the air. It's a good time to talk things over, assuming you don't get too personally involved with your own position, especially since there's no motivation to actually put plans into operation.
Jun 22nd to the end of the month
Finally, the 22nd to the end of the month is a powerful and intense storm. The waveform varies in strength from 406 to 609 units, the first Koz Quake of 2011 -- hang onto your hat! The harmonics are mostly H6, H12 and H24 -- mostly constructive, but with a few potholes. The main peaks in the waveform drift from 2 to 6 degrees of each sign during this week; 20 degrees is also potent. Of course the entire week is a big trip, but the Quake chart is phenomenal. There are easily 10 bodies in tight aspects contributing to this pattern -- no wonder it's so strong! Of the major planets, only Saturn seems to be on the sidelines. With this much going on, it's tough to sort out all the crosscurrents. Basically, be prepared to hit the ground running during this time. The storm lessens in intensity by the 30th, but it's still going strong as we head into July.
