Jun 1st to the 12th -- introducing the fat and fuzzy H12.
Jun 13th to the 20th -- the biggest action all month.
Jun 21st to the 23rd -- taking a breather.
Jun 24th to the 27th -- the big Yod checks in again!
Jun 28th to the end of the month -- back in the doldrums.
An online ephemeris for the month is available.
Except for a brief storm pattern or two, most of the waveforms in June resemble what I've been calling a "fat, fuzzy H12." There are 12 (more or less) big fat peaks, each covered with 2 or 3 little spikes, looking like the trees standing on a tall mountain. In essence, a fat 12 is saying the planets are ganging up into one big group -- well, almost. Instead of one big group, however, there are a number of little sub-groups that are weakly connected by wide aspects. The heavens are simply not speaking with a single, united voice. Planetary influences pop in and out, with one planet being the dominant force on our lives for a few hours, then another and another. It makes for a very dynamic picture for the month. Fortunately, fat waveforms are rarely powerful waveforms, so we have some breathing room as we twist and turn through our lives. I'd tentatively divide the month up into 5 separate energy patterns.
Jun 1st to the 12th |
The 1st to the 12th is typical of this fat 12 pattern. It's not really strong enough to be a storm nor weak enough to be a classic transition period. It's just a moderately powerful (345 to 489 units of strength), meandering pattern that goes on and on. The main harmonics in such a waveform are H12, which provides the mountains, and H48, which puts the trees on top of them. That describes an energy that is generally constructive, but we're too scattered to make effective use of it. The main peaks in this waveform do a lot of drifting over 2 weeks, starting around 10 degrees of each zodiac sign, shifting to 15 degrees a week later and ending up near 20 degrees; 6 and 20 degrees frequently pop up in the background. In short, there's an influence here for everybody. It's hard to describe this period since it seems to have multiple personalities. The planets that come up most often are Jupiter, Uranus, Mercury and Venus. If you can handle the chaos that Uranus typically dishes out, this could be a quietly upbeat time. There may be some exciting new ideas in the air that catch your imagination. It helps to be carefree and experimental, as Uranus has a mind of its own during this time.
Jun 13th to the 20th |
The 13th to the 20th is the only real storm this month. The waveform is often rather wimpy, but it does squeak out a pair of Koz Alerts, varying between 350 and 518 units. The harmonics include H12, H24 and H4 -- the difficulty factor is increasing. The areas of most impact cluster around 11 to 14 and 21 to 26 degrees of each zodiac sign. It appears that the most active planets are Mercury, Venus and Mars -- this is a time to be active and get things done. This is especially so after the new moon on the 17th, which is a green light for all your activities. If you have to deal with others, be sure your communications are clear and try to be as fair minded as possible. Ill defined resentments are possible if you're not playing straight with others. Otherwise, go for it!
Jun 21st to the 23rd |
The 21st to the 23rd is a noisy transition period between the storms. The waveform drops in strength to the 369 to 463 unit levels -- much less intensity now. The harmonics are H12 and H48, another variation on the fat 12 theme. It's generally the 13 to 15 degree spike that is most prominent, although some of the peaks look like they almost have flat tops, similar to a plateau. This is a winding down time. These few days are notable for their lack of astrological influences going on. With the universe on vacation, you'd do well to take it easy a few days yourself. Notice that Mars moves into Leo on the 23rd, which should easily kick start the next storm.
Jun 24th to the 27th |
The 24th to the 27th is a rather mild, ragged looking storm. The waveform consists of generally moderate intensity levels, 365 to 497 units. The harmonics are mostly H12, with the H48 levels turned down low for a change -- things are running more smoothly than usual for June. Most of the energy is focused at 13 to 16 degrees. The source of this storm action is clear enough: the big Jupiter-Saturn-Neptune Yod that we've been talking about for 9 months now is kicking up again. This is probably time to clean up your various business dealings and get on an even keel with the world at large. This may involve some detailed contractual agreements or in some way taking care of nuts and bolts. Clear communications are imperative these days.
Jun 28th to the end of the month |
Finally, the 28th to the end of the month is another helping of moderately powerful, fat 12 energy. The waveform drops to the 313 to 417 unit levels, some of the weakest energies we've seen all month. The harmonics are the usual messy H12 and H48. The spikes are focused at 5 to 8, 14 and 20 degrees of each sign. Once more, there's not much happening these days. With Venus standing still on the 29th and Pluto more active, there's a moodiness in the air that's hard to pin down. Watch out for those "below the radar" kinds of motivations that people have, the kind that catch you unawares. (Isn't this a great energy for the start of a free Iraq?) This waveform dribbles into early July.
